Christopher and Sarah Terpstra started Alimentari in 2015, making fresh pasta and seasonal sauces for sale at Toronto farmers' markets, all while expecting their first child. Just one sleepless year-and-a-half later, they found the perfect location for opening the ‘alimentari' they had dreamt of since meeting in Tuscany years earlier. Now, more than 5 years later, Alimentari Italian Grocery has become a staple of the Roncesvalles neighbourhood.
Go Evo has been a simple solution to a complex problem in the small business workplace. It streamlines record-keeping for me and is easy to use for my staff! Thankfully, we haven't had a COVID outbreak, but I feel confident knowing that we would be better able to isolate the staff in contact with a case, should that day come.
